What this evidence tests¶
This report audits replay-differentiable adaptive one-dimensional quadrature. Each case compares the accepted replay derivative with an analytic reference and, where applicable, a finite difference of the frozen accepted formula. Adaptive-rerun finite differences remain diagnostic because the controller may choose different evidence at nearby inputs.
The case map is the researcher-facing summary. Complete numerical gates and the machine-readable payload remain available below without overloading the main reading path.

Main limitations¶
First-order replay differentiates the accepted fixed formula, not adaptive control flow.
Adaptive-rerun finite differences are diagnostic near partition or accepted-level changes.
Invalid and nonfinite result derivatives are undefined.
Quantity derivative units are declared for raw-value parameterizations; direct Quantity-PyTree quotient units are not inferred.
